I provide counselling for women who uplift others and want to rediscover what uplifts them.

I help millennial women who are overwhelmed and grieving the life they were “supposed to have” so they can reconnect with the life they want to have and become the person they want to be.

"I'm showing up for everyone, but I can feel myself fading"

•

"I'm moving through my days on autopilot"

•

"I'll drop everything for someone else, but somehow my own stuff can always wait"

"my life doesn't feel like it belongs to me anymore"

•

"I thought my life would look different by now."

•

"I don't even know what I need half the time because I'm so used to thinking about what everyone else needs"

Do any of these sound familiar?

It's deeply painful when the life you're living doesn't match the one you hoped for.

You might be the kind of woman who spends a lot of time looking after other people.

The one people can rely on.
The one who shows up and keeps things moving.
The independent, low maintenance one who is pretty good at telling yourself you don't need much.

Except you're exhausted.
Disappointed. Angry. Overwhelmed. Stuck.

Maybe you thought you'd be further along by now.
You look at other people and wonder how they've managed to get their life together while you're still trying to work out what happened to yours.

Perhaps you've spent so long being everything to everyone else that you’re not quite sure who you are underneath it all.

You might even wonder whether things are really bad enough to need therapy.

You don't have to have everything squared away before you reach for help.

I help explore the grief, disappointment, the self-worth struggles and other feelings that come with that gap, so that you can feel more connected to who you are and move through life on your terms.

It’s not too early to get help.
It's not too late for change.
You’re just on time.

Welcome.

Hi. I’m Sarah.

I'm a qualified and registered counsellor with a Master of Counselling. I am registered with the Australian Counsellors Association

During my time as a mental health caseworker, I supported many people through grief, mental health challenges, and moments of crisis. Now, I use that experience to help millennial women navigate the unique difficulties we face.

I understand what it’s like to reach your thirties, look at your life, and realise you want to live with more purpose and in a way that truly reflects who you are.

For me, my Nan’s passing was the catalyst I needed to look at my life and start the journey of becoming the person I wanted to be and live the life I wanted to live.

My practice is lead with kindness, compassion, and curiosity, and grounded in my values. I hold an unwavering commitment to feminism, body-neutrality, LGBTQIA+ affirmation, social justice, and a free Palestine.

Counselling Services

Counselling gives you space to explore what life has been feeling like for you without having to minimise it, justify it, or compare it to what someone else is going through.

Together, we can gently explore what’s going on for you, how you’ve been coping, and what you need now to live a life that lifts you up.

Counselling sessions with me are online in the comfort of your own home, a space where you can show up exactly as you are, even if you’re feeling like a hot mess.

Explore Session

Free - 15 minutes.

A relaxed chat where you get to dip your toes in and see what working together actually feels like.

We take space to talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re hoping for, and what’s been getting in the way, with no pressure or sales pitch.

We’ll talk about ideas, explore possibilities, and see if the vibe feels right.

Think of it as a low‐key starting point to get clarity and figure out your next step.

Introductory Session

$150 - 50 Minutes

Your first session is a supportive starting point where we focus on understanding what life has been feeling like for you and what you’re hoping to move toward.

We will explore your life story and begin to identify what might help you feel more safe and empowered, or however you’d like to feel.

By the end, you’ll have a foundation to build your next steps towards on and a sense that you’re not navigating this alone.

Ongoing Sessions

$120 - 50 minutes

Ongoing sessions offer a space to keep exploring what’s unfolding for you.

Each time we meet, we build on the insights you’ve already gained, gently deepening your understanding of what you need and what supports your wellbeing.

Sessions may focus on processing what’s been heavy, while others centre on strengthening new skills, noticing shifts, or celebrating progress.

Over time, these sessions help you feel more resourced, and more connected to the changes you’re working toward.

I also have sliding scale options available for people on Centrelink payments or experiencing financial hardship. Please get in touch for more information.
